Buteline Fittings is manufactured from two distinct materials in Malaysia. For hot and cold water applications, Buteline use Polybutene-1 (PB-1), while Polyethylene (PE100) is used for cold water only.
Buteline’s range of PE fittings is engineered using a durable and UV-stabilized polymer, ensuring their longevity and ability to resist the accumulation of scale. Additionally, they are highly resistant to a wide variety of chemicals. These fittings are black in color and come in three different sizes – 20mm, 25mm, and 32mm – which are specifically tailored to meet the demands of the Malaysian market.
Polyethylene or better known as Poly Pipe has been a popular choice for cost-effective cold water plumbing applications for over five decades.
